About Winding Creek Cove

Located at 8th & Dickson Streets, Winding Creek Cove is a 6.67-acre passive park offering scenic trail access to the Trail Creek Greenway. Two wooded hiking paths lead visitors to fishing spots and an overlook deck along Trail Creek. As a demonstration site for sustainable practices, the park features bioswales, native forest restoration, and erosion control projects that improve local water quality. Enhancements include a canoe/kayak launch, stone fishing pads, and educational features on green infrastructure and habitat preservation.
