North Pointe Pavilion Rental

With stunning views of Lake Michigan and an elegant modern design, North Pointe Pavilion offers one of Michigan City’s most scenic and versatile rental venues. Located in Washington Park, this beautifully designed space is ideal for reunions, graduation parties, corporate events, and more.

The pavilion’s lower patio level is available for rent in half or full sections, accommodating up to 300 guests. Rental includes access to public restrooms and beach showers. Guests can enjoy full bar service and dining from Sunset Grille, conveniently located on-site. While outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed, alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Sunset Grille.

Rental hours:

• Sunday–Thursday: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.

• Friday & Saturday: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Events with 100 or more guests or those hosting a wedding reception require a uniformed law enforcement officer present throughout the duration of the event. A uniformed law enforcement officer is a separate rate, starting at $55 per hour.

Rental includes use of park furniture. Please note that renters are responsible for all cleanup, and strict rules are in place regarding decorations, smoking, and parking.
