Guy Foreman Bicentennial Amphitheater Rental

Located within Washington Park at 115 Lakeshore Drive, the Guy Foreman Bicentennial Amphitheater provides a scenic, open-air venue ideal for concerts, performances, weddings, ceremonies, and community events. This lakefront amphitheater honors Mr. Foreman’s legacy of music and service and serves as the seasonal home for the Michigan City Municipal Band’s summer concert series.

Rental Information

The amphitheater is available for rent from May 1 through September 30, with operating hours from 8 AM to 9 PM. Rentals include electric service suitable for small equipment (up to 15 amps), and renters may also reserve access to the green room and restrooms for an additional fee.

Additional Guidelines

• Renters must be at least 18 years old.

• Decoration is allowed with non-damaging materials (no staples or nails).

• Alcohol is permitted in designated areas but must comply with city ordinances.

• Glass containers, fires, and driving on grass are prohibited.

• Parking passes may be purchased in advance through the Park Office.
